Each appointment is created with care, attention to detail, & long-lasting results. Please take a moment to review the details below before booking. ⸻ Book the Correct Service 💜 Please book the exact service you want. The service you book is the service you will receive. I do not change services during appointments. Acrylic, Polygel, Gel-X, Structured Manicures, Pedicures, & other services each require different products, preparation, timing, & workstation setup. If you’re unsure which service to book, ask before booking. I’m happy to help you choose the correct service. If you arrive having booked the wrong service, your appointment will not be changed to another service. If the booked service no longer meets your needs & the appointment cannot proceed, your appointment will be canceled, the 50% cancellation fee will apply, & a new retainer will be required to book another appointment. ____ Appointments 💜 A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment. New clients must have bare nails or book a foreign soak-off. I do not offer foreign fills or foreign acrylic toe removal for safety reasons. Appointment forms & waivers must be complete prior to appointment approval. For health & safety, I do not work over cracked, bleeding, infected, or unknown nail conditions. If you are unsure about your service or design tier, feel free to reach out, I’m happy to help. ⸻ Arrival 💜 Address is sent only after your appointment has been confirmed to new clients. Clients are responsible for reviewing all appointment information prior to arrival. Delays resulting from missed emails, failure to confirm, or failure to read appointment instructions do not exempt clients from late fees or cancellation policies. All appointments must be confirmed or I will assume you are no longer attending & reserve the right to cancel your appointment & offer that time to another client. For privacy & security, my address may not be shared with anyone. Every client must confirm their own appointment & receive the address directly from me. If you arrive without confirming or obtain the address from another person, you will not be serviced. A 7-minute grace period is provided. Please be seated & ready within this time. After 7 minutes, a $15 late fee will be applied. After 10 minutes, the appointment may be shortened or cancelled. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling 💜 A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. One reschedule is allowed within the same month without a new retainer if requested more than 48 hours before your appointment. Same-day time changes (moving to an earlier or later available appointment on the same day) may be accommodated based on availability. A new non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the new appointment time. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours, rescheduled to a different day within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows (including past the grace period)are subject to a 50% service charge. If you choose to book a new appointment, a new non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your new appointment. ⸻ Repairs 💜 Repairs must be reported within 48 hours to be completed at no charge. ____ Squeeze Ins 💜 I offer squeeze in appointments at no extra charge without an appointment if within normal business hours. There is no grace period for squeeze in appointments. If you miss your squeeze in, you will have to make an appointment. ⸻ After Hours & Travel 💜 Appointments scheduled before 9 AM or starting at 8PM or later, require an additional fee. That must be added to your appointment prior to approval. Mobile appointments are available in the morning only. Travel fees apply. No alley or upstairs locations. ⸻ During Your Appointment 💜 Please keep your hands fully in the lamp during curing to ensure the best results. If hands are removed early or curing is interrupted, it may affect the final result. Any corrections or redo work needed due to this will be subject to additional charges. Design changes are welcome, however pricing will remain the same for downgrades due to reserved time, & will increase for upgrades. If time allows, I will always do my best to accommodate your request. ⸻ Hair Services 💜 Hair must be clean, product-free, & at least 5 inches long. Braiding hair is included. Boho hair must be provided by the client. Braiding appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. ⸻ Policy Agreement 💜 I reserve the right to refuse service at any time. Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service total.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total.
• Fees are automatically charged to the card on file.
• Same-day cancellations are considered no-shows.
