Hello Gorgeous! 💜 Welcome to Erica B Nails! a private luxury nail experience offering acrylic services, Gel-X, structured gel, custom nail art, pedicures, & select hair services. Each appointment is created with care, attention to detail, & long-lasting results. Please take a moment to review the details below before booking. ⸻ Appointments 💜 A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment. New clients must have bare nails or book a foreign soak-off. I do not offer foreign fills or foreign acrylic toe removal for safety reasons. Appointment forms & waivers must be complete prior to appointment approval. For health & safety, I do not work over cracked, bleeding, infected, or unknown nail conditions. If you are unsure about your service or design tier, feel free to reach out, I’m happy to help. ⸻ Arrival 💜 A 7-minute grace period is provided. Please be seated & ready within this time. After 7 minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied. After 10 minutes, the appointment may be shortened or cancelled. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling 💜 A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. One reschedule is allowed within the same month. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours, same-day cancellations including being late past the grace period, or no-shows will be subject to a 50% service charge. ⸻ Repairs 💜 Repairs must be reported within 48 hours to be completed at no charge. ⸻ After Hours & Travel 💜 Appointments scheduled before 9 AM or starting at 8PM or later, require an additional fee. That must be added to your appointment prior to approval. Mobile appointments are available in the morning only. Travel fees apply. No alley or upstairs locations. ⸻ During Your Appointment 💜 Please keep your hands fully in the lamp during curing to ensure the best results. If hands are removed early or curing is interrupted, it may affect the final result. Any corrections or redo work needed due to this will be subject to additional charges. Design changes are welcome, however pricing will remain the same for downgrades due to reserved time, & will increase for upgrades. If time allows, I will always do my best to accommodate your request. ⸻ Hair Services 💜 Hair must be clean, product-free, & at least 5 inches long. Braiding hair is included. Boho hair must be provided by the client. Braiding appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. ⸻ Policy Agreement 💜 I reserve the right to refuse service at any time. There is no refunds. By booking, you have read & agree to all Erica B Nails policies.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service total. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total. • Fees are automatically charged to the card on file. • Same-day cancellations are considered no-shows.
