Here’s what to know before reserving your appointment: • A $30 non-refundable retainer per service & completed forms are needed for approval. All payments are final. • Please choose the correct service, length, tier & removal. Unsure? I’m happy to help! Acrylic, Polygel & Gel-X cannot be switched during your visit. Simpler designs keep the booked price; upgrades cost extra when time allows. • New clients: arrive with bare nails or add a Foreign Soak-Off. Foreign fills & foreign acrylic toe removals aren’t offered. Please mention nail concerns or existing product before booking. • Please allow 48 hours for cancellations or rescheduling. Your retainer may transfer once within the same month with enough notice. Changes within 48 hours & no-shows incur a 50% service charge, with a new retainer needed to rebook. • A 7-minute grace period allows time to be seated & ready. After 7 minutes, a $15 late fee applies if service proceeds. At 10 minutes, service may be shortened or canceled; cancellations incur a 50% charge instead of the late fee. Squeeze-ins have no grace period. • Regular hours: daily, 9 AM–8 PM. Early appointments, 6–9 AM, are an additional $50; evenings, 8 PM–midnight, are an additional $30. • Complimentary service-related repairs: send clear photos within 48 hours & have repairs completed within 7 days. Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service total.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total.
• Fees are automatically charged to the card on file.
• Same-day cancellations are considered no-shows.
